Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy  

All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns or refunds. However, we do allow product exchanges under specific conditions.  

1. Exchange Eligibility
   - Exchanges are only available for size or variation swaps within 30 days of delivery.  
   - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged to qualify for an exchange.  
   - We do not accept exchanges for custom or personalized items.  

2. How to Request an Exchange
   - Contact us at pheralmarketing@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.  
   - Provide your order number and clear photos of the item.  
   - If approved, we will provide a discount code for a partial refund on the exchange order.  

3. Who Covers Shipping Costs?
   - Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.  
   - We do not provide prepaid return labels.  

4. Damaged or Defective Items
   - If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work with our print provider to resolve the issue.
